We have a stay at home order in Ohio also only allowed out for essential needs. Our governor said it was okay to take a bike ride so I did a 150 mile bike ride in Ohio today.

It will only last a short while longer I'm sure. These morons that are taking advantage of the "go for a walk and enjoy the parks" are going out in hoards. Some places look like lines at an amusement park the trails are so packed.

Yes the parks are crowded here also. What gets me is places like Cosco are only allowing so many people in the store at a time but they are lined up outside next to each other and not 6 feet apart. Don’t know what they are thinking.

And in Florida it’s okay to attend church now AFTER the governor “shut us down” (or whatever you want to call it) but restaurants remained closed other than take out or delivery and I can’t have a meeting with my company because there are more than 10 people.

Well I have learned with the help of a Friend our Stay At Home order does allow for motorcycle rides, groups of 10 or less.  Must follow CDC social distancing guide lines.  So a few of us plan to go for a ride today and have a bag lunch.

there seem to be a lot of church groups insisting on big meetings.. all the early cases in korea were from a church, 70 folks from one church seriously ill,  two funerals led to dozens of cases and a few more funerals.  "xxxx deity will protect me"... there is a old joke about the guy on the roof in a flood, refused the boat, refused the helicopter. gets to heaven and asks why he was not saved. i sent a boat, i sent a helicopter what more could i do?.   folks need to stay 6 ft apart, wash hands, don't touch stuff and then touch face.   its simple.  bike ride, zero problem except at the gas station. ill have mine together today, ride tomorrow afternoon when its 60....

Someone posted on Facebook and no one ever lies on Facebook LOL that the Charahola Skyway is closed at the NC boarder? Just wandering if it is closed. Also at Deals gap at the NC boarder.

129 is not blocked at the TN/NC state line so you can stop at Deal's Gap. It is open on 129 up to Meadow Branch Road (Tapoco Lodge) and 28 is open to the Pit Stop (Fontana Village).

I installed a H-D fan assisted oil cooler, CD Pro Beam, ES Vent Screens, Ciro Fang Headlight Bezels and their Highway Pegs on my 2019 CVO RG. Been procrastinating for a while, felt good to get it done. Now thinking about Fullsac 2.25 cores next.

left very early to do about a 300 mile ride and was feeling very guilty when all parks/campgrounds/national trails were closed and blocked off and roads were empty. about 9AM I started seeing other bikes on the road until by late morning bikes and cars all over. One thing I didnt think about was there was no bathroom available anywhere. the sign "dead end" took on a whole new meaning..
Bike ran great and certainly didnt see any cops anywhere so got to have a bit of "fun" when I got way out in BFE--

Do you have the H-D part number for the fan assisted oil cooler that fits the 19 CVO RG?  How hard was the instal?  I am sure the fang had to come off completely to install it.

I have the fullsac headpipe and 2.25 cores on both my 13 CVO King and my 19 CVO RG.  Very good choice.

Hope to ride to the DR's office today, and maybe a short ride after.

I've had this on my wish list but have not pulled the trigger yet.   I have not installed one on a CVO but I have installed the standard oil cooler on a Road Glide Special for my Son In Law and it was VERY EASY.   I noted at the time that the harness for the fan is already there and just plugged off.    Only difference might be dealing with the fang but I think that the lower sections are pretty easy to remove.

Compared to what you have done to your bike Dave its a piece of cake! I have been following your build and I am very impressed. Not sure I am ready to go there yet but thinking about it.

Not sure if you could remove the chin spoiler without removing the side fairing spoiler. For me I needed to remove the outer fairing so that came off first then the fang spoiler then the chin spoiler. All the stock plumbing is used with the exception of a couple of hose clamps. There are two T27 screws holding the oil cooler in place. The one on the right side requires a tight access drive wrench to remove. I bought the fan assisted oil cooler from from Surdyke for $271.00. The part # is 62700204.

Did you have Fullsac's power cores on without their headpipe. If so how did they sound. Did you use their Techmat Blankets as well.

Dave - putting on the fan assist oil cooler is pretty straight forward. Hardest part I thought was dealing with the fang pieces parts and breaking the contact seal between the hoses and the pipes on the cooler. I used a real tiny screw driver inserted between the two to break that seal. Set apart some me-time in the garage, put it on the lift and I didnt care how much time it took. I would make a terrible paid mechanic because I take too much time to do things, but it is good therapy and I enjoy doing it. Works great. You do have to get it activated at a dealer though. You also then have a spare oil cooler in case a rock takes one out - dont know why they dont come with a protective metal screen since it is in the danger zone behind the front wheel
