Curious to know if any other changes have been made other than lifters? (Cam bearings, chain tensioner etc)

No.....just routine fluid changes, etc.

Talking about my 2015 Road Glide Ultra CVO with the 110 motor.

Have I done the lifter swap every xxx miles, no.  Only time I had lifter knock was around 40,000.  Lifters were swapped out then and none since then.

Most frequest issue I had was with the water pump.  Went threw 4 pumps before the new retro pump as many call it was installed.  Then even that one went bad, dealer was surprised as there have been very limited failures.  Since the last pump was put in 2 years ago no problems.

No cam or other issues that many speak of.  I did have the crank break at 140,000, took out the whole top end and it was replaced under warranty.

Lately I have had a few seals start leaking oil, so those have been replaced.  Overall I am very happy with my motor which is now pushing 225,000 miles.
