CVO.....observations
(1/1)
JCZ:
I remember back in the early 2000's you had to put a deposit down and wait for your bike if you wanted a CVO. It was that way for all models years and decades before that.
Today I was at Saguaro Harley Davidson (formerly Harley Davidson of Tucson) and they have the CVO Street Glide, CVO Road Glide and the Pan America and they have each model in all the colors. Things have really changed!
Tractor Bubba:
Last I was in Avalanche HD (Golden, CO) about 3-weeks ago, they had. A 2023 CVO Road Glide Limited, multiple 2023.5 CVO Street Glides, and a couple 2023.5 CVO Road Glides on the floor.
FLSTFI Dave:
Local dealer, Smokey Mountain moves a whole lot of CVO bikes. First couple months after the new model is released they are sold before they hit the floor. After about 3 months new CVO's make it to the floor but rarely last more than 4 or 5 days. This way for about 5 months. Last four months they may be on the floor a couple to a few weeks.
Bike sales are down, Boat sales are down, RV sales are down as are most other Luxury items or toys. Lots due to high interest rates and increased coasts on everything we purchase.
