Title: Stage 4 Numbers
Post by: Hellified1 on September 26, 2017, 11:34:08 PM
Got my 2011 CVO Electra Glide in the shop to get the stage 4 done with 585 cams, I was wondering has anyone else went from 110 to 117 and what are their Dyno numbers.  I heard I could expect 30-40% in torque and 20-25% more in horse power.

I believe it is part number 92500053 for granite finish or 9500052 for the black finish.  Kit itself is $2,095.00, kit comes with 259E Cams though.

on a upgrade like this I would expect a 20/10% upgrade.   Add in other things and you might get 25/25

considering a tuned 110 with a cam change like the 585 to be 105/115 as an avg. base.   40% not without doing a lot of compression, headwork, and a happy dyno.

Dyno numbers came back as 109hp and 128lbs on 585 cams and ported and polished heads with stage 4 kit.

You will find numbers from 120 to 130 hp and from 125-135 tq with the SE 585 cams, depending on dyno and day. Anywhere in there has proved to be a very fun and strong ride where you need it.

Big Blu was just delivered by Mile High Harley and the gains are looking good on her new stage 4 kit that was installed original numbers with Big Air and Rinehart exhaust was at approx 82 hp and 106lbs at the wheel with the stage 4 and 585 cams she is getting 108.9 hp and 126 lbs at the wheel. I was told that her Dyno sheet will be posted at Mile High Harley Davidson in Aurora with the others near the Dyno room. I am excited to see what she gots once I recover from my surgery. 7 days and counting..   :bananarock:

My CVO RG in shop getting 117" kit also. Getting heads ported/polished.  Hoping for a lot better performance.  I have D&D 2-1 and TTS already.   Going with tman 585 cam, S&S quickies and premium lifters.

In the middle of a 117" myself. Sounds like a fun club to be in  8) My 113" did 120HP/125TQ. Went with a bigger cam/higher comp combo this time around with a Boarzilla exhaust. Already had WFO Larry 110" heads. Getting those trimmed and cleaned up a little then should be ready to go.

Hellified, you've got a big chunk of torque. That should be a fun ride!

Scott, When you grab a handful @ 2000-2500 and just get the chit yanked out of you.. it's damn near the most fun you can have with your clothes on!

Nice one, I don't doubt it :) when it's done I won't hijack any more threads. I'll post a ride report. Going with cyclerama 630i cams.

My 117 HD build with HD 585 cams, fullsac dx headpipe, D&D mufflers, modified CVO breather ( flanges removed ) and HDSE race tuner came in at 108 HP and 127 ft torque. Heads are stock. The bike runs strong but never achieved the big hp others have posted.

What head gaskets? HD or .030 Cometic? Did they zero deck the cylinders? CC's of heads?   What is static compression, The correction compression, and CCP?  Compression & Squish make a noticeable  difference  Mine is making 121/136 HD 585 cams.

Yellow Bird is making some very similar numbers  with Kury 24D cams . think he made 126/127   They were both tuned by the same tuner.
