I have a 110B I’m considering doing some hop-up on and have a few questions?
1) are the 110B motors also having crank issues?
2) if so are they still having crank issues with 2016 110B’s
I really can’t afford a complete tear down for crank plug weld and balance and Timken bearing install? This is my first twin cam B motor so I don’t know much history on them. Didn’t want to hop-up the top end and blow the bottom out!
On a side note, I’m disabled now and sold my Angry bird because I can’t travel and it was expensive to take care of. Many thought I lost my mind when I traded it for a 16 FLSS! I only ride around the area now and maybe a couple 300-500 mole days a year while I can still take it! Still love to go fast and really have been enjoying the light bike! My first rigid mounted balanced hd! I had four rubber mounts! Thx! Face

Great bike mate, I got one when they first came out, I absolutely love the thing, had it two years now, I have 6thou crank run out on the cam side, not measured the other as it has not been apart, the only issue I have had is lifters or rather one lifter, it didn't fail, just noisy, I do know of a few horror stories so some of the engines do still have the occasional issue, worry not, ride more :)

What's up Face? Your back?
I'm retired now. Currently in the Ozarks in Arkansas. Be here a couple more weeks then who know where. See my posts in the ride report. May be headed your way soon. What's the winters like over there?
