The FXR crowd is patiently waiting along with the Road Glide guys for their new SE bike. :)

I'm still around too, but I guess maybe like a lot of us I have been doing much more riding than typing.
Have been hitting all of the gatherings around Florida, and would you believe I ave only come accross one yellow SEEG and one red DWG2 (which is for sale at Tampa HD).
I guess some folks are out at that little rally in SD this week too.

Maybe one day we can hook up. I don't get up that way much, although a couple of weeks ago I was up around Gainesville-Ocala. I can tell you from that brief look that the riding up there is better than down here. Are you planning on going to Biketoberfest?
I see CVO bikes down here regularly. Mainly SEEG's and Fat Boys, and Deuces as well. Never another CVO FXR, or not even a DWG2 or 3 so far, any way.

Might never happen. It will be hard to replace that frame.
I was joking with the parts guy at the local HD dealer--he still has his 1992 FXLR that he bought new. It now has about 80K on the clock. I asked him if he was ready to trade it in on one of the bigger motor HD's and he just shook his head and smiled.

One ride through there will make you wonder why FL isn't considered the "south".
Being from the South, I have to laugh.

...the unfortunate 5 years that I've been here.

the bumber sticker on my truck reads:
"If you love New York, you can still find it on I95 North"
And, lets not forget the other one:
"We DON'T CARE how they do it where your from - That's why were here and not there!"

Amazingly, there was a "wild west" history to this region that parallels the American West.
