Scot, seems like a lot of towns in your neck of the woods that were free wheeling and easy going are getting bitten by the NIMBY bug.
Its too bad, the merchants in CC and the casinos can't be at all pleased about this, let alone the Vets.

Now I just have to figure out if there is going to be anything going on in mid August. Didn't know about this at all until you and Bret mentioned it after having attended Cripple Creek last year. Would like to see it if schedule allows.

Wow. Been to the Cripple Creek Rally a couple of times and didn't expect this, not knowing there was some council resistance. Winter Park would have a lodging advantage and Berthoud Pass is stunning. Hope the move works out well.

You got to admit Rog; for our purposes and group demeanor that was a heluva fine place to share a meal.

Just shows you what a great group we have when you can induct an entire family to the membership's honorary rolls, right on the spot.
The kids were certainly willing to jump in with both feet. And when they got walked around to the bikes; oh my. I still think the boy almost dislocated his jaw when I told him to "push that button" and the bike started for him. Smiles that big rarely happen without injury. Mrs. Griswald was a piker too. Having a wonderful time. Mr.G was taking it all in for sure; he was just a little less outgoing then his band of Merry Pranksters.

Even though dad was into the Harley program I don't think Mrs. G. had exactly jumped in with both feet.

She said she didn't get in to riding much.

Athos! T'is I, Aramis, speaking before Porthos of the Northwest chimes in! MrsGriswald was a fair maiden. We should not besmirch her. Not that the thought didn't occur to me!!
