I've read a lot about lifters and have tried everything from feuling to gaterman. the only failure i had was with a hd c lifter. both my bikes now have s&s premium lifters without the limiters now. set at .140. both bikes are quiet with very little top end noise FINALLY! My seeg gear drive is getting noisy though but its got 60k miles on it. I could write a book :banana rock: btw Both have the se tapered adj pushrods. I think these are great

Had 1 new DOA S&S premium lifters once and that was after 2 failed in an evo 96 create motor that had 25k kilometres on it. S&S actually admitted in an email that they had quality control and design issues with their lifter and sent me a set of Crane lifters instead. So go figure.
