I'm sure there is some rumors floating around dealerships with optimistic salesmen and customers to try and keep up interest but the reality is no one will know until the dealers show reveal later this year sometime.
From other posts dealerships need to get rid of brand new 2015 and 2016 in inventory and the MOCO is talking about decreasing production of 2017 bikes to help move the bikes. If all that is true then I would have to guess the 2018 CVO lineup will be scaled back some to help with sales of 2017 bikes and to keep costs down. The typical Harley rider is getting older or even dying off so I can see the sales market shrinking considering the cost of a CVO is going up and many new younger riders don't have the funds to spend $40,000 -$50,000 on a bike.
Trade in or resale values on older CVOs are down and that hurts sales in that the older owners don't want to take a financial beating so they hold on to what the have. For owners who do, many dealerships are flooded with used CVOs as well as the above mentioned older overstock bikes.
