1988 Blue Knights Electra Glide Classic Shriner
« on: August 29, 2017, 10:18:22 PM »

My husband and I just purchased this bike. With the two-tone blue paint and special edition emblem.
Does anyone have ANY information in this particular bike?

I've had two, a 1995 Ultra, and a 2001 Ultra.

New, they are available for sale only to Law Enforcement. In that respect they are no different than any other bike of that year, other than the color.

Hope this helps.

Ironhorse are you referring to this Blue Knight Edition Harley or the "Peace Officer's Edition"? There was difference between the two and the Blue Knights edition was only made for a short run of 75 bikes from what I have read.

I'm sure some Blue Knights who bought a Peace Officer's Edition did apply Blue Knights decals or emblems though.....

You're probably right. I had two of the Peace Officer Special Editions.
