If the noise happens while leaning over onto the kick stand, I would put the bike up on a jack so the tires hang free.
Rdmove the bags so you can grab the tire, 1 hand on top, 1 under the tire than see if the bearing has play as you push and pull, wiggle, the tire.
Check all mounting bolts on suspension, brake caliper and rotor.
If it is a noise while riding, leaning into a turn, it could be a bearing or the cupping of ths tire tread. Both can develope a whine sound.

While it may be one of the other items listed by other posters (and it's a good idea to check those), it may be as simple as the Dunlop whine.  When they start to wear (cupping or no), they will start to whine a bit leaning into corners/turns.  Dunlops are good tires but are notorious for whining.

When riding. I first I thought it was coming from the front. Then yesterday while riding I lean my head back toward the back tire and it definitely sound like the rear end. Thanks!!! The other JC

Run your hand over the rear tread (in both directions) where the tire contacts the road when leaned over slightly and see if you feel scalloped edges.  Dunlop has had premature cupping issues ever since they released the Multi-Tread tires, and not just on Harley's.  I've heard some say that the Dunlop American Elite, which has their own tread design instead of Harley's preferred design, seems to resist cupping better.

Tire

+1. Had the exact same strange noise when leaning right and left while riding. Change my tires, and no more noise.

Copy that on the Tire noise!  My '13 had that noise with the first set of tires (rear)...Correct tire press but still cupped. New tires...Noise all gone.... ;D  I use Dunlop Elite now...

You all were right, cupping. We put about 500 miles on this weekend and the back tire sang to me!   The other JC.
