My 117 HD build with HD 585 cams, fullsac dx headpipe, D&D mufflers, modified CVO breather ( flanges removed ) and HDSE race tuner came in at 108 HP and 127 ft torque. Heads are stock. The bike runs strong but never achieved the big hp others have posted.

What head gaskets? HD or .030 Cometic? Did they zero deck the cylinders? CC's of heads?   What is static compression, The correction compression, and CCP?  Compression & Squish make a noticeable  difference  Mine is making 121/136 HD 585 cams. 

Yellow Bird is making some very similar numbers  with Kury 24D cams . think he made 126/127   They were both tuned by the same tuner.
