Hello guys. Just pulled my cams out and noticed that I have roller rappers. Is this stock?

..... and now is the best time to toss them and replace them with some n new from the after market... HD has a bad track record with lifters

While you have the cam chest opened up I'd recommend upgrading the inner cam bearings to the "full complement" type (SE or aftermarket), and make certain the cam chain tensioner shoes are good.  Or better yet, get the cam plate kit that comes with the late model hydraulic tensioners as well as a higher output oil pump.  Those original style tensioners had a history of failing and trashing engines.
