True dual pics
« on: June 03, 2018, 06:40:16 PM »

I am considering true duals on my 03 serk. I have heard that with some the bsr has excessive heat on their feet. Would some of you that have them be willing to take pics of your true duals, especially in the bsr footrest area. I want the missus to be comfortable as well.
Thanks in advance.

V&H Dresser Duals hug the frame pretty tight on my 2004 SEEG...not all Duals are created equal, some stick out more which could cause an issue for your BSR.  She doesn’t get to ride much with me but the times she has she didn’t complain about heat.  I think if she was wearing  low top shoes instead of riding boots it may be a different story.  See attachments, never mind the road grime, just got back from a long trip and haven’t washed it yet

Thanks for the pics. How is it on your leg ? By the way,  it still looks clean. I live on a gravel road. Have to wash it everytime I get home.

No issues on my leg, in fact the right side (where the rockerbox is close to the seat) gets way hotter than the left side where the exhaust is
