Good morning guys my amp only plays on one channel anyone know who repairs these amps ?

I don't know if Iron Cross Audio does those, or if they ever have, or even if they're still in business.  Worth a try; maybe they can refer you to someone.

I find it hard to believe this but have been told by three different people in three separate conversations that Harley doesn't outsource the Boom Audio hardware; that Harley is actually the OE for Boom Audio components.  If so an aftermarket supply and repair chain is unlikely.  Anyone know if Mother Harley really is the OE for Boom Audio gear and, if not, who is?

Not sure if they do the boom boom stuff. But you can try United Radio in Syracuse New York. They did a repair for me last year on my 19cvo radio.  They are great company to use.  Stuart.

I always thought that Harmon Kardon was the Mfg for the Boom II stuff but I doubt the Amp is repairable.   You will likely be better off just replacing it.   I see a lot of them for sale from folks that have changed out their system for aftermarket systems.   You would most likely need to have the replacement one flashed by the dealer to work properly.

I was under the impression that the Amps are flashed for different frequencies based on the application since they are used in Frt Fairing Speakers, Tour Pack Speakers, Lower Fairing Speakers and Saddlebag Speakers.  All of the speakers are different, some focus more on Mid Range and Some more on Bass, but they use the same Amp.  If he were to get one from the exact same bike and exact same speakers, then he might be alright.
