I installed the new Zippers ECM today.
« on: August 26, 2007, 02:23:52 PM »

I cleared ALL the offsets, loaded the MAP, initialized, and it fired right up. I ran it up to 289 degrees and let it set the IAC. The bike runs great except for one thing. When I come to a stop, the rpms drop about 100 below the set idle, and then come right back up to where they should be. I read the manual and there is nothing to address this in the trouble shooting section.

Any ideas?

clear the offsets again and do not do the auto IAC, just let the ECM autotune the idle..
just let it idle up to 289* without the auto IAC, it may help..... :2vrolijk_21:

I'm sorry I must have written it wrong, but that's what I did. I let the IAC set it self, I DID NOT, use the IAC Auto feature.

Mine only seems to do it when cold. Once the engine is fully warmed up it stops.
