I carry either an XDS .45 or an S&W .38 Chief's Special.

On the insurance front, I have the USCCA policy.  The biggest reason I chose them over NRA is that NRA won't pay any money until after you are found not guilty.  If you're found guilty, NRA doesn't pay at all.

I don't want to withdraw $100,000 for an attorney's retainer fee (yep) from my retirement account (and then pay the taxes on it!).  CCA pays right from the start.

I get the not wanting to carry I have a few one is a rifle (Dakota Arms) I purchased it several years ago the MFG happens to be in Sturgis, SD of all places.  To me its a such a pretty thing with exhibition grade Bastogne wood and several extra features on the steel.  I carried it one time on an elk hunt in the Selway of Idaho was concerned I was going to drop it.  Anyways now its a safe queen and Dakota Arms which was bought by Remington Arms is in bankruptcy.

Just increases the value of yours. Only problem is now you have to keep it pristine, original box and paperwork......but that's not a bad thing

I want a Wilson so bad.  I have two Ed Browns and a Les Baer.  Such nice 45's, but I still want a Wilson.

Beautiful gun by the way.

I haven't added any new side arms but I have added two new holsters so I don't have to carry in my vest anymore.  Sneaky Pete makes a very nice belt/clip holster that fits my Ruger and I ordered one for my Sig, too.  Very nice fit, finish and build quality.  Looking forward to using it.  They have a holster that fits just about everything and they are brand/model specific. Decent price, too.

They do fit close to the body. I got both as belt loop mounts but they have clips, too.

Chieftain is a hoot to ride. We are really enjoying it. Just got out of quarantine for COVID so looking forward to more miles in this nice, cool December weather.
