Hi guys,

I now have This CVO Ultra 2007 since Jul. '07 and I'm starting to worry.
- the first thing is my engine is more like a sauna

( who got this fixed ? maybe a PCIII ?)
- he's starting to sweat / leak between my cylinders ( anyone else had this ? )
- the engine is ticking ( I had no issues with my previous HD’s )

Welcome to the site from Ontario Canada. I have the same year and type of bike as you do and I can honestly say that I have not had any issues. I did install Headquarters cams & heads so I am not sure if this helped or not. Also running the T-Max with Autotune. This bike doesn't run any hotter than my 04 95"

use this parts

Mid-Frame Air Deflectors 58022-07A, ask your Dealer maybe you get it free,

Fan Kit for Touring Models 91196-08

and for adjusting use the Powercommander PC III

my bike runs better and the heat got down

he's starting to sweat / leak between my cylinders ( anyone else had this ? ) Lots of folks..get comfortable and start reading the various threads on the site about the issue of oil leaks at the rear cylinder head gasket...

- the engine is ticking ( I had no issues with my previous HD’s ) Many have found interference with the valve spring retainers and the rocker boxes causing top end "ticking" Simple enough fix if that is the problem

Hey there, a great Big CVO Welcome to you. We have just had another member join from Belgium in the last few weeks. I am not mechanically inclinced, but I see that a couple who are have pointed you to some areas to read about solutions for your problems. I guess you need to find a good mechanic there that you can trust to help you out ------ and it may not be the dealer. Sorry, I can't help more, but the answers will be on this board in one of the threads.

Get that bike fixed and then put on lots of miles and please share the stories of your travels. We will love to hear what you share of riding in your great country.
