What's up all,

Name is Walt been rinding and racing for 20yrs now but mostly sport bikes. But I'm getting way to old for that style of rinding now and I guess its high time I stepped up to the big boys. Be for warned I'm new to v-twins new to HD's and I just found out what CVO stands for yesterday ;D

So If I ask some incredibly stupid questions try to bear with me. I got my eye on a 08 SE RoadKing at my local stealer in fact I have a test ride set up for this Saturday.

I figured the best place to get the strait poop on these bike would be from the folk the own and ride them so here I am. :xyxthumbs:

You've got neighbors on the site Walt.  Even Road King riding neighbors.  You're liable to get more help than you ever imagined.  Welcome aboard.  Hope you and the Road King decide you like each other.

You have your eye on a very special motorcycle.  You will love it coming from the sport bikes.  A totally different ride, and you are going to meet up with some great people too.  You do meet the nicest people on a Harley.  A Great Big CVO Welcome to you.  Glad to see you on the board and hitting the ground posting.

Did I see where Mrs We stole an Old Honda Slogan   "you meet the nicest people on a Honda"  Honda came out with that in the late 60's to combat the Harley image of the 1%rs

There was some joking going on about the saying and I blatently stole it.  :huepfenlol2: I'm a thief.  :o Can't be trusted.  :nervous: Beat me and throw me overboard.   >:(
