My thoughts were it was a smoking utensil used extensively in the 60s and 70s and 80s 90s.......

Hmmmm, you must have come from a different part of the country than I did...never used a "pong" before to smoke anything.... :P ::) ???

steve- my bike has always had some ping to it. i think it was related to the hemi design of the head. my other bikes with the bathtub design never had a problem. dont let the rpms get below 5000 and youll be fine :bananarock:

When mine pings I down shift and depending on road conditions GUN it and hang on. This usually makes the ping go away.   :bananarock:
