Just wanted to introduce myself...

 I live in South Florida.
I just traded off my Custom Chopper and bought a '08 FLHRC.
I have had it about a month now and just rolled 1700 miles yesterday.

I love the cruiser...it beats the hell out of trying to ride a chopper for more than a 100 miles.

I have already got chrome fever and have upgraded grips, turn signals, licenses plate, timing cover, brake pedal, heel/toe shifters, rider pegs, sissy bar, rider backrest, etc...
I have got my eye on V&H oval slip-ons with an Arlen ness air sucker and V&H fuel pak. I don't want a loud sound (my chopper broke me of that), just a nice rumble.

I am thinking about putting on either 12" or 16" apes, but not sure yet.

Well that's all the introduction I can think of.

no kidding, I used to live off Lawrence Road...when it was still orange groves, and there were cows in town where the stores are now.

Worked in Loxahatchee for spell, across from Lion Country Safari...until 2002 when I came back in the USMC again.

yep, was out of the Misguided Children's Club for almost 10 years...94 -02...reservist from 00 - 02. 

Missed it so much I cam back. 

Worked around Palm Beach, and worked on Pump Station 319 in Loxahatchee, used to hear the lions when the wind was just right.
