1.  I would remove some oil or change it and only add 3 1/2 quarts back in if you have an oil cooler add back in 4 quarts not 4 1/2 if your sure you got it all out.
  I generally try 3 1/2 quarts and then start to check it from there.   Seems to work best for me.   Heat it up let it cycle and recheck the oil.  rinse and repeat
2.  Try a different oil filter (a few guys I know have seen the oil filters cause this HD ones)
3.  If you have rocker boxes that do not have the metal tabs, but instead have the plastic tabs.  There is a filter there that may be having issues.   For 20 bucks you can replace the plastic ones with the metal ones.
4.   Build up in the head where it breaths out into the aircleaner
5.  Improper breathing inside the rockerboxes.
6.  To much crank case pressure can also do this.
