Are there any extensions available moving the floorboards forward ?
Not only outwards ?
Or forward and outwards ?
Does anybody know ?

Here's a place that makes them to move the boards forward.  I don't see them available in chrome, but you could contact them to find out for sure.  http://www.wildbillscycles.com/brackets.html

Here are some in chrome that move them out 1" and forward 1.5".  Have to check with them to see if they have them for the 09's though.  http://www.covingtonscyclecity.com/#scene=BaggerParts&subscene=FloorboardRelocators

Ordered the extentions from HarleyGoodies about 2 weeks ago, got them on Friday and put them on last night. Great service, quality and value. It took me about an hour to do both sides. What a difference in comfort, well worth the price.

They do make great stuff.  I have a set on both of my bikes and now wonder how I ever did without them.  Not only are the bikes more comfortable, but lean clearance seems to be unaffected, and they make cleanup so much easier with all the space between the floorboards and the primary/cam chest/exhaust.

Do these relocations move the boards just outwards or also forwards ?

I just tell any passengers that they are easier to replace than parts on the bike.  I haven't tried those on the rear, so I really can't comment on them.  Something I thought about though was that if someone made a way to tilt those rear floorboards back a little, I would think that would make for more comfort for a passenger than anything...but then again, I've never ridden on the back, so I don't think I'm offering much of an answer here.

You need to check out the floorboard extensions available from soos. See his post on this forum at http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=33919.0.

He has extensions available for both rider and passenger floorboards. I had them on my '07 and they were perfect. However, his extensions only move the floorboards out not forward.
