The quest for a Tuner...
« on: September 16, 2005, 07:31:47 PM »

I'm starting my quest for a tuner again... I would like to find one that specializes in SERT and is proficcient. Don't mind traveling to get the job done if they are qualified. So if you have experience with a tuner that has done your bike  with SERT, would appreciate a name and location.

Iv'e seen the dyno sheets from the guys on both coasts, was hoping to find someone a little closer to Texas.

Thanks

Jim...

Unbalanced -

Not going to make Biketoberfest this year. We had plans for Galveston until Rita hit. Lonestar Rally had postponed until end of October - so not sure what the plan is for now - one of those wait and see...

Jim, Speeds Performance was scheduled to be at Galveston. They have an excellent reputation and travel all over the US for rallies and special orders. I'm sure they will reschedule if possible.  Don't quote me, but I think it's  www.speedsperformanceplus.com
If that's not it, do a google search. They're out of S. Dakota, but make appts all around  and even special events if possible, such as a group of bikes at one time.  BTW, They are very busy, and prefer appointments.
