Brembo retrofit on 07 SE ultra

Ok, I am kinda behind on brakes but I am thinking of retrofitting the Brembos on my 07. Read some back posts on the subject but did not see any conclusions. I realize new floaters are necessary but:
Are custom brackets necessary?
Are the touring and vrod calliper part #'s the same?
Is the rear a bolt in or are new brackets and rotors necessary too?
Anyone have a part # list?

Roger PM me your email address and I can forward the file to you on how to do the conversion. Just be prepared that this is NOT an easy or cheap swap  ;D. Or is anything else on this site.  :D

You need Brembo for any particular reason? I have 6-piston differntial bore chrome PM direct bolt on calipers on my SERK, and love em! Have PM on 2 other bikes also. Joy will be getting em too! ;)

No real reason other than take off prices have come way down, parts are readily available, etc.. I'm open to your suggestion though, got a link or pics?

I don't have good pics of just the brakes and the bike's in the shop for the motor. But here's a couple of shots where you can see em OK. Also check PM's site. ;)

Roger, You'll need the 08 + calipers and 11.8" rotors. The fornt will bolt right up. For the rear you'll need the bracket, Caiper and rotor. I can get the part numbers tomorrow, give me a call.

Thanks Roger. Wild Ones W502 I believe, but don't hold me to the number. 12.5" Apes! Perfect for me with the Corbin Seat. It was a just a lil tall with that Sundowner you see in that pic though. ;)

Jim, I thought you might pop in on this one :) AJ sent me a link detailing installation and part #'s but also suggests the 08 master, lines, levers etc.. I will forward you a copy and call for your valued opinion tomorrow. Thanks

Roger, I'll answer your PM here: go with the PM's (as in Performance Machine)! Once you read through the email, you'll see what a big job this is. As Howie said, the PM is a lot easier.
