DOT 4 Brake Fluid Change

What is the fluid change interval for DOT 4 brake fluid in front and rear brakes and clutch?

So..........this tells me to drain what is in there, refill with fresh fluid, drain, and repeat until the expelled fluid is as clean as the fresh fluid.  Got it.  thx

I really hate doing this task.  This and fuel filter changes.  I'd rather catch the flu.  Probably going to hire it out.
