Stock shocks are 13" on the CVO Ultra, 12" on the Street Glide. I am using PROGRESSIVE SUSPENSION 440 Series I.A.S. Shocks - FLH/FLT (All) [06-09] [440 Series Shock Options:11.5" Heavy Duty (Black) - P/N 440-4060B] for a lowered '09 SEUC. Ride safely,

I tried the Street Glide shocks on my '09 Ultra, nice that it was lower, but, the ride was too stiff and never could get the air pressure right loaded down.
Went to the 13" 440's (105# spring) that worked great, but, full preload. Now have 12.5" 440's with 115# spring. Works great for how I ride: fully loaded, trailer, beer cooler, etc, etc!
The ride quality from the OEM shocks to the Progressives was night and day! Now, I have a spare set of 440's that I'm installing on one of my other baggers!
I believe most of the aftermarket shocks will improve your ride. I got mine on ebay for less than half price!
