Could have been bent I guess?  I dont think it was but it is now.   ;D

It seems to be much different than Mr Magoos.  Not just the exhaust.

FWIW - That's not mine, but a pic swiped from someone who posted it in the SED forum. I referenced it merely to highlight it's very easy to access with the stock exhaust, and with my Big Radius as well.  I'm not sure I'd be real happy with an aftermarket exhaust that gets in the way and prevents regular maintenance? Seems to be a major oversight if you ask me, and I sure as heck wouldn't want to be removing the exhaust every time I check or change the tranny. Sounds like a real PITA.

Well just to post a update. Sorry guys I just took the bike to the dealer and I am going to let them get the stripped heads out and do the fluid change this time. To be honest I wish I had took it there to start with.  My bike would have a few less scratches. Well maybe, we will see.  Can't wait to get it back with the new fluids in her.
