I need peoples recommendations if when my dealer tears down my motor to determine what is causing all these clacking noises as to what I could do to the motor to really inhance the long jevity of the motor and add performance to it. Things I want done I would like the blessings of Harley so they will warrant these upgrades and stand behind them. I don't want to get crazy with huge expenses but critical things that I could change out while they are into the motor. Cams,Valve Guides,Bearings,Heads,Pistons,ect?? I need a provin combination that has worked and is working like a charm. I have the SERT "B" installed with Stock exaust with CFR slip-on's. I also have a Hi-Flow Thompson Intake on the bike.

First check with the dealer. Some give latitude and let aftermarket parts and services commingle with the OEM and some are strictly going to use OEM parts only.
