Police Competition
« on: March 31, 2006, 11:04:22 PM »

Sorry, Not on the subject of CVO bikes,

I just found out that my partner and I were selected to compete in the 5.11 Challenge in Montana this summer. The odds of being selected are slim due to the limited number of teams that go. The trip is all expenses paid and you receive a minimum of $1500 dollars of free gear. I Will try to get a picture of me with the CVO t-shirt from the site and post. If you want to see what the contest is all about, go to http://www.511challenge.com If you look under profiles, we are team 17. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Rick,
Good luck. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] Those "Motor" competitions are exciting, one could learn a lot from watching, even more from participating. I have some friends that are local "Motor's" and will be attending some of their local/regional events. I even asked one if I could use the city's scooter to go thru the course and was told yes if I bought clutch afterwards. ;D

Thanks Man, I am still waiting for you to post some pics with the digital camera you were buying. I got LED's from HD-Dude and can't wait to get them on the bike.

To be totally honest, I do not know what I would do with a safari hunt in Africa. Maybe, I can work out a cash prize or maybe a bike rental and tour instead? I don't think the lion head goes with the Harley look at home. IMHO [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

A bike tour in Africa would be interesting but I think you still better keep the guides if you do that. [smiley=nervous.gif]
