Downlaoding maps from Microsoft Streets and Trips

Just installed Microsoft Street and Trips and can't figure out how to download a map to GPS.  Anybody using MS&T?

I'm assuming you have a Garmin GPS? If so you need to export the file from S&T in .gpx format (data/export to GPX file), open it w/ your Mapsource program, then download it to your GPS. If you don't have a Garmin GPS or Mapsource, I don't have a clue!
