    • CVO1: FLHXSE2 . . . . . Fullsac X-Pipe - 2.25" baffles - Fueling 574 Cam's - TTS Tuner - 30 Tooth Pully W/Stock Belt- Wild One 575 Bars - Chrome Inner Primary - Kuryakyn Plate frame 9182 - Diamond Engineering Polished SS Bolt Kit - 8" Windvest - Black Agitator

Not picking it up until tonight so I don't have the dyno sheet yet, but 111hp and 116tq  :orange:  :orange: Yeah baby. This is basically the JCZ build but with the 2.25 baffles (and the naysayers said the 2.25 baffles would hurt performance). Man I am stoked, can't wait to pick it up. Build is under my profile on the left.

Just went and looked at JCZ's build, basically the same except I have the X-pipe and 2.25 baffles. I ended up +5hp and +5tq, guess that speaks for Fullsac's x-pipe.

Sounds good Fast!
The tuner that tuned yours also tuned mine and I'm very pleased.
Not that we worry much about fuel mileage, but running two up I'm averaging 48 mpg.
Have fun and give up a report after a few hundred miles.

Scott, it's usually 1 of the 2 below.

1)  Normal crusing speed is 70 to 75.

2)  Then there's the JCZ (west coast) normal speed. See picture below. (note, at JC speed I still got 40mpg)

Yep, you'll be happy with it. :2vrolijk_21:

Steve at Fullsac is the one that said he got a bit better numbers with the 2.0 baffles.

I have the 1.75.  But that doesn't mean a whole lot.....there are others with the exact same build that got better numbers than me and some that got less.

Since then, I've gone with the cometic .030 gaskets and have had my lower end welded and balanced.  I swear that it's more torqey now.....in all the gears.  Just for the fun of it.....I'm going to get it back down there on the dyno just to see what's what (forgot to take my tuner cable the last time).

Anyway, you're going to be real happy on your ride home tonight and if you're like me, you'll be taking the long way.....just so you can go play. ;D

Good guess!
But JC was teaching us how to split lanes so we got better as the week progressed.

Unfortunately I am home and not out riding. We do an annual camping trip starting tomorrow morning so I basically rode it home and parked it. She runs good though, I want to pass on the camping trip and go riding. Usually I would put it in the trailer and take it with, I was told I could live without my bike for one weekend.... don't know what she is thinking.
