s&s pushrod kit

 has any body installed kit 93-5095  haveing problem with keepers not holding top of tube in head they  are short about a 3/4 to inch
what iam i doing wrong

Can't answer that without knowing what you are doing.  In detail, step by step, including what parts you are using from the kit and from the stock parts set, describe what you've done.  Show pics of the parts combination if you can.  There's no reason for the correct combination of parts to be short as you describe.

youve got the wrong keepers or lower tubes (one of them is miss matched)
