OK, let me try this one more time... Can someone recommend any other good, reputable shops in the Milwaukee area to do some motor upgrades on my 2012 SESG? I would prefer to have the shop located within 50 miles of Milwaukee.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am still trying to figure out what happened.  I initially spoke to him in mid-July.  He said he was busy so he wouldn't be able to start until the first week in August - fair enough.  I called him the first week of August and he told me he would check his schedule and get back to me the next day.  Needless to say he did not get back to me the next day and it has gone downhill from there.  The last four weeks have been me trying to get him on the phone to get some answers.  Either he doesn't return my calls or when I eventually do reach him after numerous attempts/messages he says he is waiting for parts, looking at his schedule, etc. and that he will get back to me on "such and such" date - which he never ends up doing.  He has never called me a single time when he said he was going to or on his own with an update - not once.  I have to call and leave messages repeatedly until he picks up or eventually calls back.  He was supposed to call me again last Friday to finally set a schedule.  Of course I heard nothing back so I left a message on Friday afternoon and called again twice today.  He eventually picked up and said he was in the middle of something and would call me right back... which he never did (something he has done before).  After six weeks I still do not have a clue when he can begin.   :nixweiss:

If he is busy I can deal with that.  If he is waiting for parts I can deal with that too.  Not taking the time to return calls or not picking up the phone when you are four weeks late to keep someone who wants to spend thousands of dollars with your company updated is NOT something I can deal with.  I was/am really hoping this will work out but at this point I won't be holding my breath...

Move on & call Aaron @ Kutter Harley, you call their sevice dept and you can talk with him direct

bhtko, time to move on to someone who wants the work and will call back. If the guy is so "busy" that he can't return calls, that is not a good sign of someone you want messing with your bike. Without the customer, he's out of business. Good luck.

As I suggested in post # 3, Aaron Harp, @ Kutters H-D will build/tune you a good set-up.

Here is the latest in my little soap opera.  I sent an email to Aaron Harp at Kutter H-D on Monday evening and left a voice message for him yesterday but have not heard back yet.  In the meantime, I spoke with Rob at 2Boss and he apologized for the delays and told me to bring my bike in next Tuesday so he can start.  If Aaron calls me back I will be upfront with him about what is going on so I have a contingency plan (asuming he is willing) if this falls though.  We shall see...
