The check engine light has not come on even with this DTC error code.  I check the codes once in a while and found it. The bike has not been running at its best for a couple months.  Fuel mileage has gone down and popping on decel.  I replaced the rear and front 02 sensors and cleared the code (which I tried before also). The code is still there.  Has anyone got any ideas on this subject.  Thanks

Check wiring between the connector and the ECM. I don't have the PIN numbers here but they are in the service manual

Also do a quick check and make sure the O2 locations did not get mixed up by mistake. The sensor that is in the rear cylinder pipe MUST be the one with the black connector on it.

Thanks guys. Checked wiring to the ECM and they are good and connected to the proper connector.  Any other thoughts?

Popping on decel sounds like a possible exhaust leak? Have you looked/checked for that? Mine was acting similar (no DTC code that I know of tho) but also had a rear "lifter" noise that turned out to be a hole in the rear pipe about 6 inches from the head. It was behind the heat shield and wasn't obvious.
