Seems to be according to this thread. I think the IX at the end of the part number mentioned is for the iridium

That is the correct number for a standard type plug.  If you're looking it up on the NGK site and are confused because they don't list it for anything past 2010, that just means they haven't updated the fitment charts.  All Twin Cam engines use the same plug.
