The 113 kit through SH-D would do OK with a good head port and cams to match.
Another option is having MTC resleeve to keep the granite cyls. and bore the cases.  So the cheaper route is SE pop up pistons with cams, then 113 overbore, then adding headporting and cams, then over boring to 117 with boring the cases, and then a 4 5/8" crank for the possibility of a 117 or a 124.

Another option is having MTC resleeve

That would be 4.125" and would require case boring for the OD which is 4.330

Our thoughts here are to step right up to it, if in fact case boring is going to be part of the program.

Don or Scott, help me here if you would because so much of the 110 world is new to me. Talked to a local dealer and they wouldn't even talk to me about boring the 110 case because of the o-ring groove in the case and the amount of meat that would be left for the base gasket would be non existent at the studs and be very prone to leakage. Is this a problem you have seen or are they just blowing smoke.

I am going to 113 when I pull the motor on Saphire this fall. I did some research on adding a 4 5/8 rotating assembly but I think I am going to stick with 4 3/8. Now the question will be do I send my assembly out to dark horse or buy a new S&S assembly!!!! I guess only time will tell.

Oh and BTW I am boring my stock cylinders 60 over for the increase in ci.

Be Safe

Thank you to all that has added their input on this. Sounds like I really need to rethink the direction or at least the manner in which I go to get where I want to be. I sure love this bike so I'll have to figure it out. Thanks all.

Dawg....let me know how it all turns out, and good luck with it
