The greatest Generation for sure!! We have brave young Americans risking their lives everyday all over the world, many times I feel for nothing!! But is it? Would there already have been a massive WWIII, if not for the Vietnams, Panamas. Grenadas & Desert Storms???????????????????

Thank you for a very moving and inspirational post.

Rode out on some errands and general goofing off to enjoy the Texas weather today.  Ran into a local group of Legion Riders.   What a great group of veterans.

They reminded me again of what an honor it was to serve our nation.  Looking forward to joining up with the local Legion Post so I can continue to serve through the community service activities the Legion performs.

The rewards I have received from serving in the Army far outweigh any sacrifice I may have made.

Look for me in Red River over Memorial Day on the Viet Nam Memorial run.

All gave some, some gave all.

Great video and we are losing too many of the greatest generation each day. Our current military members are highly qualified, motivated and represent all those that have served before in a high manner, they are motivated and are the opposite of what many think of their respective age group. Based on these folks our Nation's Military is in very capable hands.
