I wouldn't try that with someone else's truck and bike! Just how do you practice that without ending up in a body cast and a wrecked bike and truck?

Wow X2 is right! I love to watch those guys do tricks like this! As was stated earlier, can you imagine trying that for the first time. I would guess something other than a truck until it is figured out. Still the first time on the truck has got to be interesting! Hell I don't even like gravel!  :)

I have faith in you Roger. ;D The step through frame makes sense on a trials bike. I think the guys should have had the step through frames instead of the girls as guys are the ones who always rack themselves on that bar on bicycles. :'(

A trials bike and I'm sure an experienced trials rider.  Those guys do some incredable stuff on those bikes up on the huge boulders up on Donner Pass in the summer.

Trials bikes do not have seats, either and extremely low tire pressure, too.

A friend of mine when I was younger did trials competition. Watching those guys load their bikes was almost as entertaining as the competitions. Few used ramps to get in the bed of a truck, some even left the tailgate up, never saw one do a back flip though, impressive. My buddy could jump his bike up on the top rail of a split rail fence and ride the rails up and over the posts, darnedest thing. Some people just don't seem to be affected by gravity the way I am.

That's pretty cool...

But on a more serious note about bikes in pickup trucks, I was looking at ramps etc for loading my SERG into my Nissan Titan.

I appears that the tailgate only has a 200# limit.  I found that very low and checked out my neighbor's late model F-150 and his too had a 200# weight limit.

In my case I'm overloading it just by climbing up and standing on it!!!

So what do guys do when their back wheel is clearly on the tailgate when tied down?

I know, get a trailer...
