Title: Which Fullsac baffle
Post by: Pan1 on September 14, 2018, 06:29:41 AM
I am changing out  the D& D mufflers on my  2015 Twin Cam CVO RG that has  the HD 117 engine  stage IV  upgrade which I I used the HD 585 cam It already has the Fullsac DX pipe. Which fullsac baffles will provide the overall best performace in the 2,500-5,000 rpm range ?  How does the insulation and screens effect  permonce.

Thanks

It's been a while but I went with the middle size and love them. I left the HD insulation on them.

You should contact Fullsac, he has more knowledge than most on this site and seems to me a very honest guy.

2.0 for best over all performance, 1.75 for best low end tq. results, 2.25 for more noise results I have ran all three and that's my findings  ,also had the 2.50s … too much noise for me... and the BSR
