06 Dennis Beach Blessing
« on: May 07, 2006, 08:26:59 PM »

As Blessing go, this one was perhaps one of the best to date, weather wise it was sunny and leathers, so made for a great turn-out of a lot of friends and acquittance's from many year of riding with many people. The ride/ poker run was also laid out well which was a good 70-80 mile run if following the map given, we rolled it into 120 miles and still made the gathering at the Elks in time for the events there.
The ride was just excellent, blue skies, back roads, twisties, and one good launching ramp to send you off of, Myself and my wife took the Seeg up to about 3' for a short 16', ( Please make sure your backrest is in an upright and secure position, and hold on tightly cause flight 103 is now leaving Cape Cod) all five of the group I was with in a fairly tight spread got off the pad in fine form.
Being late in the run with the route we took through Wellfleet-Truro-Eastham ocean marsh twisties it wasn't a time for pics which is a shame cause the veiws there are excellent! I did however taped the ride but I'll have to work on the format to get it to digital.

The Serk ahead of my Seeg is a buddies (Tarzan) of the Fifth Chapter, He went down on an offramp last springtime when he rolled into an oil/anti-freeze spill from a previous accident shortly before he got there, He controlled the drop on the left side untill he hit the curb and it flipped on him- He suffered some leg injuries from the bike being on top of him in the slid- overall the bike didnt get to f*cked up.
With that in mind did he go for the extra Blessing wash as he covered himself with the waters too!! GOOD MOVE TARZAN

Wow!  Good turn-out.  How many people went on the run?
