Actually, It's not exist a registry on .xls format.
I've never seen on the site.
Sure, it's more easy to have a global view of the serial numbers of the CVO's owners of the site.

I found an xls spreadhseet at the beginning of this thread for the 2006's. I assumed they were making one for the 2007's. I'm new here, so maybe I'm wrong, AGAIN.

Guys,

I have it together and updated in exel like the 2006 registry, I just don't have a place to host it so that it's a free access file.  If anyone has a place where I can post it and update it, it would be appreciated!!
