Title: Garage Door Opener
Post by: ultrafxr on August 31, 2010, 02:57:20 PM: So one of you guys who already has the new 2011 CVO RG Ultra - does it come with the garage door opener? The CVO brochure lists that as standard on the CVO Ultra Classic but it is not listed on the CVO RG specs - so I just wondered.

Jerry, it would be hard doing without the opener after using one for a few years, wouldn't it?. Probably one of the best accessory Harley added to the CVO Ultras!

My SE Ultra Classic came with one as well, but I never got it to work, just easier to clip on the remote garage door opener to the mirror stem!!

If I'm seeing your Avatar correctly, you have a '09 SERG. No, they did not come with an opener.

Post by: Indenial on September 10, 2010, 07:04:47 PM: It's easy to get the regular small round garage opener pod and velcro it to the lid of the left glove box. Then just lift the lid and push the button to open. Saved a bunch of money and you can transfer it to your next new bike easily.
