Title: Dyno results
Post by: 2smoke on May 09, 2011, 10:30:07 PM
I had my ConV put on the dyno for a new fuel map to match my new pipe and intake.  96.6 Horsepower and 112 lb.-ft. of torque.  I'm pretty happy with that.  Most notably is peak torque is from 3,500 rpm until 4,200 rpm and then it starts to fall off with peak HP occuring at 5,500 rpm.  It really comes on strong and doesn't stop pulling.  I can blast up to 120MPH no problem and from there it will walk up to 130MPH and by that time I was running out of road and had to shut her down.  I like it.

Assuming since you went with the Boarzilla there will be more mods in your future :2vrolijk_21:

I just added Vance and Hines Double Barrel Staggered to mine and this is the dyno results of mine.
Horsepower @ 91.36 and torque @ 114.40.
It now sounds like a Harley!  :jalapeno: :pepper:

Nice looking machine.  I like the pipes because they are a little different than some of the others I've seen around.  Enjoy the ride.

That profile was very close to the one I got but I was about 1 hp lower than you. My mods were V&H big radius and Harley Race tuner I should look a the Big Sucker intake and rerun.

Close to the same here, with 97 HP and 118 TQ. I had the VH big radius with SE tune. The tuner here in Colorado Springs is very particular and patient to achive every thing the bike has to offer. I am happy. He sees very little advantage in swapping the air intake. The stock SE is a free flowing filter. The most help is allowing the exhaust header to breathe.
