Hello from Frozen Northern Michigan

I just found you guys, because someone mentioned the site on the TC88 group. I hope I have now purchased my Last Harley, as I purchased an 07 FLHRSE just before the first big snow.

My wife and I were in Cleveland visiting out daughter and grandson, when we took some time to go to the Harley dealer, and right inside the door was a Red and Gold SERK, and it was just screaming my name, even my wife heard it. After we left, she said, "You should buy that bike, it is made for you, and looks so cool", well how could I turn down an offer like that? We went back to our local dealer, and discussed the purchase, he didn't have one, but found one he could trade his SE Softtail for, and got the bike for me. Traded my 05 back to him for MSRP, and bought the RK for MSRP, how could I go wrong? I am now so looking forward to spring when I can get out a break it in. It is the perfect time, since I gave my employer my six month notice of my retirement on June 30, 2007, I will actually have some time to enjoy this machine.

I am looking forward to all the insite all of you will be able to provide.

As a Michigan escapee released from daTech in Houghton many years ago I can feel your pain! :'(
