2021 diagnostic mode
« on: May 02, 2022, 01:38:47 PM »

I’m new on here, but not new to motorcycles. I’m having an issue with a check engine light after the install in a Screaming Eagle Pro Tuner. Does anyone know how to access the diagnostic codes on the 2021 CVO’s and if so how?

Assume its the same as my 2020.  Hold the Accessory Button/Trip Button down and turn the Ignition on, this will take you to the diagnostics.  Use the Acc/Trip button to scroll through the options, if you see one that has a Y after that means there is a code there, hold down on that button for a few seconds and it will show you the code.

Yes, Spence your right! But for some reason I had to call the dealer to get to the bottom of why it wasn’t working. Apparently the switch has to be all the way up before you push it or it won’t work on my bike. Weird!

That is weird, glad you got it figured out though.
