My dealer finally recieved my Freedom Racing Duals!

I ordered a set of Vance & Hines Power Duals from my dealer this weekend.  (Got 15% off, so I thought what the heck).  I'm hoping to get them installed by next weekend and then have my dealer do a dyno on the bike and see how it turns out.  With the Vance and Hines Basic 4" slippons, it should be fairly good performance and the sound should be better (hopefully) after removing that restrictive CAT.

Yeah I think you'll find it a lot more of a Baratone without the Cat stuck in it's throat!

That's what I'm hoping...I really like the sound of the basics, but I can tell they're not giving their true potential, so am very anxious to hear them without the CAT.

Hey Wheelsnkeels how do the Boom Cans alone effect your ability to hear the stereo while riding?  I am looking at doing the slip-ons without the full exhaust and removal of the Cat.

Here you go have a listen this clip is with just the slip ons installed. Nice Harley sound but still quite domesticated. Stereo is no problem to hear while riding.

I just got my install complete with my BUB True Duals (09 models) and the PC-V with auto tune. It is a little louder than what I expected but it isn't bad when cruising.  It gets loud when you get on it though.  I like loud pipes though so I am keeping them.  I will post some pics once the weather gets better.
