Awesome! And yes you have to drill the top 2 holes. The bottom 2 bolts can be dummies for looks. I used some 1/8 inch rubber and some spray glue on the back of the plate. Plus found two 1/4 inch thick rubber washers with a large enough hole to isolate the thin nuts I used for the dummy bolts, and glued them to the plate as well. Be sure to cut the dummy bolts as short as possible so the washers can surround them to protect the fender. Also, I used the inner fairing trim from the moco around the edge. It has the glue already on it.

That looks awesome JW.  Did you have your painter do it?  Did he do a good job matching he Black Diamond?  Also, I knew you could sandblast chrome and powder coat over it, but wasn't aware paint would stick too?

The paint is a match. He says the paint will hold and has done it numerous times before. Time will tell.

I finally received notice that my black Yaffe Stealth 3 frame has shipped. It's supposed to be a direct bolt on and connect to the factory plate wiring harness. I'll post some pics after its installed (supposed to arrive Tuesday).
