So yeah...

Mass Reg ran out in December and the weather here sucked too much to ride up until last week, so I finally decided to get legal in KC. As I'm on the KS side, I had to hit the JoCo DMV..which BTW is a f*cking TREAT compared to Boston and Sacramento.

They have 1 day permits here to allow those with no reg to ride their bike to the DMV where they check VINs to make sure you didn't gank the bike. Cost: $1

Then you go get the bike "inspected" Cost: $10

Then you apply for titles. Prorated to whatever month corresponds with the first letter of your last name. Oh...and FXR3 is no longer available in the state of Kansas. Apologies to the guy in Shawnee who didn't renew last March. I tried to get it too.

After getting tagged and titled..I'm out and riding here today. Not bad...a little chilly. Thankfully the headsock was in the leather.

You must be Irish then.  I can only wish spring was here.

 Astronomically, some Western countries consider spring to begin with the vernal equinox (around March 20). In the Irish Calendar it is counted as the whole months of February, March and April.

Sounds like you could have used a little nip of the jug too.

It's great to hear some folks are able to get out there and ride some.
