Eight inch dark tint windshield SEEG?

Hi,

Really enjoy the website and all the helpful comments.  

Been riding since 1957, Harley's since 1958.  Traded my 2000 SERG for 2004 SEEG.  

I installed the 9 1/2" windshield for trips and discovered 8" would be more appropriate for me.  I don't see an 8" in the Harley catalog.  Does anyone know of an 8" available elsewhere, preferably in dark tint, like the original?

Keep up the good work and the good communications and thanks for any help you can give me.

Hummer check out the thread SEEG windshield,  there are a coulpe of places that sell 8" tinted windshields.  Several people on this site have purchased them and are quite happy.

Ebay has a ton of them...check it out.  Around $30 shipped.  Can't beat that anywhere.

www.fastaire.com   Order a 8" "sunglass grey" sheild.  Great prices and fast delivery. I've bought several sheilds from these folks and have yet to be dissaponited.

http://www.ceebaileys.com/harley/hdlowsport.html  They have different looks including an opaque black shield, which I haven't seen anywhere else. Great quality. They manufacture aircraft windshields. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

I went to www.fastair.com and ordered their 8" dark tint.  It was $34 shipping included and arrived in 3 days.  Good color, great look and fit, excellent quality.  I'd already bought a 9 1/2" clear from H-D but too tall for my liking.  It's for sale now.
